NMSurf has been a lifesaver! I work from home and require a fast, reliable internet connection. My name is Joyce Gurule and my family is very satisfied with the service NM surf has provided. We live in an area of Santa Fe that for many years was unable to get quality internet service. When my kids started growing older and required more options I settled for another provider which I was told would be able to handle our families needs. I signed a two year contract and basically paid an 80$ a month bill for unreliable and frankly unusable service. When my contract ended I cut the service off and did some research. We found NMSurf and decided to give them a shot. That was the best decision we could have made. We have had no problems with the service at all. We can stream movies and videos without interruption. My son in laws gaming needs are satisfied. Their customer service department is top notch even when I have complained about a billing issue I was treated with nothing but respect and the issue was settled to my satisfaction. I tell complete strangers about NMsurf all the time. I feel like making cards to hand out so I can get my referral discount on all those that sign up. We have signed another year long contract now with NMsurf and have no plans of leaving. The price is more than fair for the service and I’m a proud NMSurf customer.

I am posting on behalf of our internet service we have at home. It’s great, fast, and I left wind-stream for this. I really enjoy the speeds I am getting considering I live in La Mesilla between several hills and mountains. Surprisingly the reception is pretty good. I do wish that more Mbps were offered in this area as the highest speed I can get is 25 download, 7 upload. I have several TV’s in our home that stream Netflix and Hulu and this fits our needs. My sons are also gamers with the X Box One console. I am not upset with the service, but I believe in having the best. NM Surf just may be the best ISP in our community and area. Great customer service, and if my speed isn’t meeting for the time of day, I just call and someone is always there to reset it or make it right. Thank you!

Hi my name is Eric. I have been a firefighter for many years. In 2012 I was assigned to a fire station that could not get any kind of internet service due to it's location. So there I was using all my data on my cell phone using my hotspot. It got old real fast. Then I heard of Nmsurf from another firefighter who had the service and was very pleased. So i discussed this with my fellow firefighters and we decided to give it a shot. Something had to be better than nothing. I can tell you that we have had the service for a number of years and I can't tell you how pleased we are. Being able to surf the internet, play online xbox. That's when we find the time. You know us firefighters, always busy. Anyway I highly recommend NMSurf, it's a high quality service with great internet speed. Very professional all around.
